Deodorize Refrigerator
1. Open a box of baking soda
2. Place the box toward the back of fridge
3. Change out box once a month for optimal freshness
Unclogging a Sink Drain
1. Pour baking soda on/into clogged drain
2. Follow with warm vinegar
3. Boil water
4. Pour boiling water down drain
Oven Cleaner
1. Dampen a sponge with water
2. Apply baking soda to oven with dampened sponge
3. Spritz vinegar to baking soda
4. Allow the baking soda/vinegar mix to foam up
5. Wipe away mixture with a damp sponge
Toilet Bombs
1. Mix 1/2 baking soda, 1/2 citric acid, 1/2 borax or cornstarch with 1 tsp- 1 tbsp of water- Mix till the consistency is that of pie crust and holds together
2. Pack mixture into a ice cube molds
3. Let moisture evaporate for a day or two
4. Store in a airtight jar till use
Clothing Deodorizer
1. Put clothes in to the washer
2. Add 1/2 cup of baking soda to your wash load before starting along with your regular amount of detergent
3.Then add another 1/2 cup of baking soda after starting the wash cycle
4. Finish washing and drying like normal
Deodorize Carpet and Rugs
1. Sprinkle baking soda onto carpet
2. Let the baking soda sit for several hours
3. Vacuum the carpet
